The Reciprocating Conveyor is utilized to transfer the dough from the dough feed conveyor to the entire width of the Moulder Hopper . The Reciprocating Conveyor Spreads the Dough evenly across the entire width of the Moulder hopper thereby ensuring uniform & equal filling of dough in the moulder . This conveyor is placed on a mobile trolley, hence during changing / Cleaning Operations of the Moulder Die Roller the Reciprocating conveyor can be moved away.
The Once the respective operations have been com pleted the conveyor can be moved back to its original position.
