The Dough Breaker Roller Assembly is utilized to break the large mounds of dough transferred from the dough carrier to the S.S.Hopper of the dough breaker roller assembly. When the dough is passed through the dough breaker rollers the dough comes out in uniform Size , weight , shape and thickness sheets / bits of dough. .
