ROTARY MOULDER UNIT

APPLICATION

This Unit is used in the production of Soft Dough Biscuits & Cookies & is designed to give high levels of performance in terms of running speeds, the quality of dough pieces formed and consistency of the product.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. The Machine is constructed out of heavy duty steel plates of 40 mm Thickness.
2. Individual Drives for Feed Roll, Moulder Die Roll & Extraction Web, thereby ensuring maximum Flexibility for the best       performance & product results.
3. Extraction Roller - 10.0” diameter with food quality neoprene coating to 60 duro hardness provided on Screw Jacks for       adjustment of gap between Extraction Roller & Moulder Die Roll.
4. Feed Roll Adjustment – 9.4” diameter with lateral and radial grooving.
5. Moulding Roller – Provision for 259 mm / 10.2” diameter Roller – Excluded.
6. Moulding Roller Scrapper – Heat Treated Profile Ground Scrapper adjustable via hand wheel around the roller       ensuring optimum contact angle over the adjustment range.
7. Extraction Web- Cotton Canvas Endless web with Auto Tracking Pneumatic Tracking Arrangement.
8. Dough Scrap Conveyor – Motorized with PU Web.
9. Rotary Moulder Unit available in sizes ranging from 840 mm to 1370 mm width.
